Cookie Policy
Last Updated: 20 May 2025 | Hei Lok, 142 Argyle Street, Kowloon Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong
This page explains what cookies are, which ones our website uses, and how you can manage your preferences. We have written this in straightforward language — if anything is unclear, please do not hesitate to contact us. Your comfort with how we handle your information matters to us.
3. Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies on our site are set by third-party services rather than by us directly. These include:
- Google Analytics — aggregated, anonymised visit statistics. Data is processed according to Google's own privacy terms.
- Google Maps — where our map is embedded on the contact page, Google may set its own cookies when you interact with the map.
- Advertising networks — only if marketing cookies are accepted, limited advertising partners may set cookies to help ensure Hei Lok information reaches relevant audiences.
Third-party providers operate their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review these if you would like more detail about how they handle data.
6. Managing Cookies in Your Browser
You can also manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Below are brief guides for the most common browsers. Each browser differs slightly — if yours is not listed, please search for "manage cookies" in your browser's help section.

- Select Manage and delete cookies and site data.
- From here you can block cookies or add sites to an allow or block list.
Mobile browsers — most mobile browsers offer cookie controls within their app settings, often under Privacy or Advanced settings. The steps are broadly similar to the desktop guides above.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to withdraw your cookie consent at any time, simply by updating your preferences in the panel above or clearing cookies in your browser. Withdrawing consent does not affect any processing that took place while consent was in place.
Please be aware that disabling certain optional cookies may affect your experience of our Website — for example, preference settings may not persist between visits. Disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of the Website from working correctly.
If you have any questions about how we use cookies or about your rights under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong, please contact us:
