A Layered Approach to Senior Living
Our plans are designed to complement each other. You can begin simply and add more as circumstances change, or arrive at Hei Lok with the Full Comfort Package from day one. Either way, the monthly fees are fixed and the quality does not vary.
Start with What You Need
Choose any plan on a monthly basis. There is no lock-in, no penalty for changing your mind.
Adjust as Life Changes
A month's notice is all we need to move between plans — no complicated paperwork or renegotiation.
Consistent Quality Throughout
The standard of food, garden maintenance and staff care does not vary depending on which plan you are on.
Plan 1
Shared Dining & Tea House
HK$1,080 / month
Three home-style meals a day in a bright communal dining hall, with an afternoon tea sitting where residents gather over dim sum. Menus follow Cantonese home cooking and change with the seasons. Kitchen staff note personal tastes and dietary needs from the start.
What is included:
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner in the communal dining hall
- Daily afternoon tea with dim sum
- Seasonal Cantonese menus updated monthly
- Dietary preferences recorded and respected

Plan 2
Garden & Courtyard Mornings
HK$2,260 / month
Daily access to our landscaped gardens and shaded courtyards. Residents can join gentle morning walks, tend plants in the courtyard gardening area, or simply find a comfortable seat and let the morning pass at their own pace.
What is included:
- All-day access to gardens and courtyard spaces
- Guided gentle morning walks (optional)
- Shared gardening area with raised beds and pots
- Shaded seating areas for reading or quiet rest
How it works:
- 1Discuss your interests with our wellbeing coordinator
- 2Receive a brief introduction to the gardens on arrival
- 3Use the outdoor spaces freely every morning thereafter
Plan 3 — Most Complete
Full Comfort Residence Package
HK$3,880 / month
A private furnished room combined with all dining, garden and community offerings, plus daily housekeeping, fresh linen, laundry, errand assistance and a personal welcome host. One monthly fee covers everything.
What is included:

- Daily housekeeping and fresh linen twice weekly
- Laundry service and errand assistance
- Personal welcome host throughout the settling-in period
- All dining and garden plan access included
How it works:
- 1Visit to view available rooms and discuss your needs
- 2Agree a move-in date and settle the first month's fee
- 3Your welcome host is with you from the first morning

The building complies with Hong Kong fire safety regulations. All staff hold first aid certificates and follow documented emergency procedures.
